Updated Liveries Revealed for BMW M Team WRT IMSA GTP Debut

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – BMW M Motorsport has taken the wraps off the liveries for its BMW M Hybrid V8s fielded by new partner team BMW M Team WRT for the 2026 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season.

The liveries are close, but adjusted slightly, from what prior team BMW M Team RLL ran previously. They retain the traditional white, red and blue BMW M Motorsport colors.

Per the team: “24 hours, one unmistakable signature. At the 24H Daytona, the BMW M Hybrid V8 showcases a refined front design alongside its new distinctive headlights with yellow icon lights, establishing the signature look already seen on the BMW M4 GT3 EVO and BMW M4 GT4 EVO. Enhanced track-light technology further improves visibility when it matters most: at night. For the 2026 season, the car also debuts a new livery based on the Inception Design, now applied across all BMW M Motorsport LMDh cars — uniting the entire BMW M race car family under one consistent look and feel. Born on the racetrack. Made for the streets.”

Lineups for the 64th Rolex 24 At Daytona include Dries Vanthoor, Sheldon van der Linde, Robin Frijns and Rene Rast in the No. 24 BMW with Philipp Eng, Marco Wittmann, Kevin Magnussen and Raffaele Marciello in the No. 25 BMW.
