Koch-Copeland Toyota Steps Up to Full Season of Michelin Pilot Challenge

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The Koch-Copeland Motorsports entry that made waves towards the tail-end of the 2025 IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge season will step up to a full 2026 campaign in Grand Sport (GS).

GS Podium, #23: COPELAND MOTORSPORTS, Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO2, GS: Ford Koch, Jaxon BellJaxon Bell and Ford Koch will share the team’s No. 23 Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO2 for the full year, joined by Toyota and Lexus veteran Jack Hawksworth for the season-opening four-hour BMW M Endurance Challenge at Daytona International Speedway.

Bell, son of NBC Sports commentator, Lexus brand ambassador and past Rolex 24 winner and IMSA champion Townsend Bell, and Koch finished second together in their third Michelin Pilot Challenge race last season at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta.

The Copeland team has been a regular in the sports car ladder system over the years, as a winning entry in Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup Presented by Michelin and Toyota’s GR Cup series. The team made previous Michelin Pilot Challenge starts in Touring Car (TCR) several years ago running Hyundai machinery.
