Ford Multimatic Motorsports Confirmed with Two GTD PRO Mustang GT3s in 2026 WeatherTech Championship

Defending Rolex 24 At Daytona GTD PRO Winners Back for Third Season

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The Ford Multimatic Motorsports pair of Ford Mustang GT3s will return for their third season to the Grand Touring Daytona Pro (GTD PRO) class of the 2026 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.

Ford has enjoyed a breakthrough season in 2025 in the car’s second campaign. The team’s No. 65 Ford Mustang GT3 won the season-opening Rolex 24 At Daytona with Christopher Mies, Frederic Vervisch and Dennis Olsen to claim the car’s first global victory.

The sister No. 64 car driven by Mike Rockenfeller and Seb Priaulx won on the streets of Detroit in May and has added two further podium finishes, with Rockenfeller and Priaulx scoring a pole apiece.

Leaving the Michelin GT Challenge at VIRginia International Raceway, Rockenfeller and Priaulx sit fourth in GTD PRO points with Mies and Vervisch in eighth.

Drivers for the 2026 campaign will be named later.
