DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Three more 2026 programs were confirmed since IMSA’s State of the Sport announcement revealing the 2026 WeatherTech SportsCar Championship entry list at Motul Petit Le Mans earlier this month.
Formerly AWA, the rebranded 13 Motorsports will return again in Grand Touring Daytona (GTD) with its No. 13 Corvette Z06 GT3.R of Bob Akin Award winner Orey Fidani alongside Matt Bell and Lars Kern. The trio won the Rolex 24 At Daytona this year co-driving with Marvin Kirchhoefer.
Team Tonis steps up to a full-time Le Mans Prototype 2 (LMP2) program with its No. 61 ORECA LMP2 07. Tonis Kasemets’ team made a toe-in-the-water debut at Road America with Kasemets and Matthew Brabham driving.
GetSpeed with Bartone Bros. Racing is also back for the Rolex 24 in Grand Touring Daytona Pro (GTD PRO) with Anthony Bartone the first confirmed driver in the No. 69 Mercedes-AMG GT3. The team finished fifth in the 2025 Rolex 24.
