Tower Adds Simpson To Complete Rolex 24 Lineup

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Tower Motorsports has officially confirmed its full 2026 driver lineup, with both Sebastien Bourdais and Sebastian Alvarez returning for another season (alongside John Farano) and Kyffin Simpson rejoining the team for Daytona.

The team notes: “Having all three back with the program is a testament to the strong foundation we’ve built together, and we’re excited to carry that momentum into a new year. Reuniting with Kyffin—who drove with us full-time in 2023—feels especially meaningful as we look ahead to the challenge of the Rolex 24.”

Kyffin Simpson will join Tower Motorsports for the 2026 Rolex 24 At Daytona, adding another milestone to his rapid and diverse rise through global motorsport. Now a full-season professional in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES, Simpson’s path has taken him from karting success in the Caribbean to major achievements in both single-seaters and endurance racing.

After winning the 2021 Formula Regional Americas Championship, he advanced through Indy NXT before earning his full-time IndyCar seat with Chip Ganassi Racing. In parallel, Simpson has built an impressive endurance résumé, including victories at the 12 Hours of Sebring, Petit Le Mans, and the LMP2 European Le Mans Series Championship.

Joining Tower Motorsports for Daytona highlights Simpson’s dual-discipline strength. He is now blending full-time IndyCar competition with top-level sports-car racing, underscoring his evolution from promising prospect to a proven, versatile professional race driver at the highest level.

For Tower Motorsports, Simpson brings pace, adaptability, and youthful energy. For Simpson, the opportunity is a strategic step that expands his skill set as a teammate and reinforces his commitment to becoming a well-rounded contender across multiple racing categories.
