DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – In 2026, Victor Gonzalez Racing Team is ready for the challenge ahead, after finishing 2025 strong and showing it has a strong partnership with Cupra. The team will back with 2 Cupra Leon VZ TCR in the competitive IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge.
Our lineups will be strong and ready to take wins and fight for the championship, first for the Team and for Cupra. In the Cupra Leon VZ TCR No. 99 will be Tyler Gonzalez and Franco Girolami competing full-time, while Filippo Barberi completes the driver lineup for the four-hour season opener at Daytona.
In our second Cupra Leon VZ TCR, for the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge season, we welcome William Tally and Steven Clemons which brings a lot of experience to the team.
