Af Corse USA Brings Cars in Two Categories to 2026 Rolex 24

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla.- Af Corse USA has announced its program for the 64th Rolex 24 At Daytona with two cars in two categories, one apiece in Grand Touring Daytona (GTD) and Le Mans Prototype 2 (LMP2) to open the 2026 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season.

In the No. 21 Ferrari 296 GT3 EVO in GTD, Simon Mann, Lilou Wadoux, Antonio Fuoco and Tommaso Mosca will share the entry. Mann and Wadoux are the reigning champions of the IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup in GTD, and will try to defend their title in 2026 alongside Fuoco.

“I have been in Daytona a few times now, and obviously, we’ve come close quite a few times,” Mann said during the IMSA-sanctioned November test at Daytona. “And we’ve finished second in ‘24 (with Francois Heriau, Miguel Molina and Kei Cozzolino). But I think every year the important thing is you just do your best. It’s a race where you need to survive until the end to have a good car, clean car at the end to do something then. But honestly, it’s just about focusing on yourself and controlling what you can control. There are many things you can control, and yeah, and we’ll see.”

On winning the Michelin Endurance Cup last year, Mann reflected: “It’s a huge milestone, especially for me personally. I haven’t been racing as long as some of my competitors. So to be able to win such a prestigious race and to be able to wrap up the Endurance Cup, I think it’s the best scenario possible. And to win Petit is a dream, too, because I think there are important races such as Sebring, Daytona, Petit Le Mans, which are known worldwide, so to have won one of those races, for sure, something that we’ll remember.

“Lilou is super fast. There’s no question about her speed. And (Alessandro) Pier Guidi, all the years of experience that he has with Ferrari, I mean, not only just the speed, but the work ethic, you know, the knowledge about the car, the setup is someone who you can really learn from and who I learned a lot from this year, for sure.”

In the LMP2 category, Francois Perrodo, Mathieu Vaxiviere, Nicklas Nielsen and Dylan Murry will take turns in the No. 83 ORECA LMP2 07.

Murry, the lone American in the No. 83 car, came close to winning the class in 2025 with Nielsen, Vaxiviere and Luis Perez Companc in the No. 88 entry. A return to Perrodo’s more traditional No. 83 is on the cards this year. Of note, AF’s No. 83 Ferrari 499P won the 24 Hours of Le Mans overall last year with the lineup of Robert Kubica, Yifei Ye and Phil Hanson.
