No. 78 Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2 Will Be Back on the Grid
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla – Fresh off its best finish of the 2024 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season, Forte Racing has had its Grand Touring Daytona (GTD) entry confirmed for the 2025 campaign.
The No. 78 Forte Racing Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2 will be back to compete for a third straight season in ’25, with drivers to be named at a future date. The team ranks sixth in the current GTD standings, with a season-best showing of second place in the Michelin GT Challenge at VIR on Aug. 25. Forte Racing’s biggest result to date was capturing the class win at last year’s season finale, the Motul Petit Le Mans at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta.
