Ferrari Challenge made a triumphant return to racing in North America with a weekend of racing at the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway.  Over forty drivers attended in a weekend that featured intense racing up and down the grid, while also offering competitors unique opportunities that have become customary to those participants in the Ferrari Challenge Series.

Experiencing a Legend.  Ferrari Challenge drivers had the remarkable opportunity to not only compete at the Brickyard, but also meet its legendary owner, Roger Penske.  “The Captain” spoke to drivers before getting behind the wheel of a Ferrari F8 Tributo and leading the field for four ceremonial laps of the famed oval to give drivers a taste of what it is like to drive at the Indy 500.

Schedule. The North America schedule of Ferrari Challenge will continue on August 28-30 at the Circuit of the Americas.  The weekend will feature, among other things, a return to night-time racing for the series, a tradition that was started this year at the first race of the season at Daytona.
